Summary 

This programme is designed to significantly improve your negotiation experience and will cover the planning for the successful execution of complex, material negotiations and agreements. Participants will learn the dynamics of the negotiators, how to gain agreement within the dynamics of the negotiation room, how to overcome key issues and gain an outcome suitable to all sides, but especially you, by following the best process.

Who should attend

Attendees need to have some prior negotiation experience, usually gained in a work environment                                                                                                                              Attendees should be involved in negotiations in a professional context on a regular basis going forward                                                                                                           Attendees should undertand the basics of negotiation and whilst attendees do not need to have attended a previous ICfN course prior to attending this programme, having done so may be of benefit depending on the level of experience.
