You already have some experience of negotiation - this programme is your opportunity to significantly improve you as a negotiator and become a more mature, sophisticated, value adding and proficient operator by enhacing your existing negotiation skills to a strategic and confident level.

Attendees need to have some negotiation experience, usually gained in a work or professional environment.
It is not compulsory for attendees to have attended a previous ICfN course prior to attending this programme, however, having done so will be of benefit.
