Course background:  

Ever wondered how to start to negotiate - but don't know how? 

This is a great introductory course designed to get you off the ground in everyday situations where the art of negotiation - persuasion - will help you get a better result. 

The course will provide practical ideas of how to negotiate the basics and develop your skill to a level of confidence. You will learn how to get off the starting block and recognise when there is a negotiation to be had when you didn't think there was, and give you an awareness of the tools and techniques used in everyday situations. 

This course will be of benefit if you are wanting to negotiate in personal or professional capacity 

Who should attend: individuals with little of no negotiation experience
